Lost & Found Cats

Small calico cat, very friendly - she has come up to me several times when I’ve walked down that street and tried to climb into my lap. The last few times I saw her, she had some brown drool around her mouth which I didn’t think much of, but when I saw her today I noticed she had a big ulcer/infection on her upper right lip. The photos are from earlier times I saw her- unfortunately I wasn’t able to get one of the infection today. Other than the mouth she seems reasonably clean - she isn’t too underweight so I assume someone is feeding her, but she isn’t plump either. And she is very small - I thought she was a very young cat until I found a Facebook post where someone had similarly spotted her two years ago. Her small adult size combined with the infection makes me wonder if she might be a stray/not being looked after. I don’t live on that street so don’t know if she belongs to anyone.
